My current research is at the intersection of organisational behaviour, information systems management and technology ethics. I explore issues related to public trust in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Algorithmic Decision-making Systems across various contexts. Using quantitative and qualitative methods, I seek to understand what factors influence public trust in this evolving technology and how trust affects citizens’ relationships with governments and organisations. My research will contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of trust generation in AI and provide policymakers, managers and practitioners with actionable insights to fully harness the value of AI in decision-making while also preserving and extending human trust.
Beyond my primary research area, I am also interested in people analytics, digital transformation, and the future of work. These interests form a comprehensive and forward-looking approach to explore the realm of technology and its impact on society.
